Abstract:

A bending machine according to the present embodiment may comprise: a frame body having an upper frame provided above a lower frame to be spaced apart from the lower frame; a pad disposed on the upper surface of the lower frame such that a complex panel is seated thereon; an elevating die disposed on the upper frame so as to move upwards/downwards in a first direction; and a pair of benders disposed on the periphery of the pad so as to move in a second direction intersecting with the first direction. The elevating die may comprise: an elevating body disposed so as to move upwards/downwards along the upper frame and provided with a holder for pressurizing the complex panel placed on the pad by means of the pad; a pair of knives disposed on the elevating body; and an attachment module disposed on the elevating body so as to move in a third direction intersecting with each of the first direction and the second direction, the attachment module supplying an adhesive to at least one folding groove formed on the complex panel. Each of the pair of benders may comprise: a moving die disposed above the lower frame so as to move in the second direction; a rotating die rotatably connected to the moving die so as to bend the complex panel; and a rotation mechanism connected to the rotating die so as to rotate the rotating die. Accordingly, a single bending machine can simultaneously conduct an adhesive applying process and a bending process, and can bend and fix the complex panel quickly and with high reliability.
