Abstract:
A bent pipe-type variable-direction material distributing structure for ultrafine powder material preparation. An outlet of an ultrafine powder particle forming pipe is designed to be inclined upwards, a cleaning operation can be carried out during long-time circulating production, and sediment is cleaned into a garbage can disposed in the forming pipe or enters a garbage backflow device. A pipe entering a collecting device is designed to be inclined downwards, so that particles growing larger and heavier after being formed can easily enter a collector. Moreover, a cleaning rod is provided in the downward inclined pipe, so that the cleaning operation in the pipe is facilitated, and pipe blockage caused by accumulation of powder is prevented. The contamination of products caused by defective products entering a collector is avoided, and waste caused by non-defective products sliding into a garbage can or a backflow device is also avoided.
