Abstract:
Disclosed are a benzoimidazole compound and a preparation method therefor, wherein the preparation method involves synthesizing various substituted benzoimidazoles by means of SN2 and a cyclization reaction, namely, by replacing a fluorine atom with amine in a one pot reaction, from corresponding o-fluorinated aryl-N,N-dimethyl formamidine and primary amine, and then eliminating products resulting from dimethylamine cyclization. The method does not require the use of any metal catalyst and/or any toxic reagent, and has a specific selectivity, and no isomer is produced in the reaction product.
