Abstract:
A bevel gear tooth surface point-to-point modification method suitable for a forging process, comprising the following steps: step 1: establishing a straight bevel gear theory 3D model; step 2: planning a measurement path on a tooth surface of the theoretical model, and establishing a coordinate system consistent with the measurement coordinate system, so as to obtain theoretical coordinates of grid nodes; step 3: measuring actual coordinate values of these grid nodes using a coordinate measuring machine, the deviation of the actual coordinate values of these grid nodes with respect to theoretical coordinate values reflecting a comprehensive deviation of the forging process; step 4: obtaining a tooth surface grid node compensated by a comprehensive error according to a formula; step 5: establishing a forging process error-based full tooth surface modification model. The bevel gear tooth surface point-to-point modification method suitable for the forging process can effectively improve the tooth surface precision without adding process steps and device capabilities of the existing process.
