Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to improve poor crispness originating from vanillin in a beverage that contains vanillin and that has a degree of sweetness of 9 or lower. In the present invention, a galacto-oligosaccharide is blended into a beverage that contains 5 ppb or more of vanillin and that has a degree of sweetness of 9 or lower, and the galacto-oligosaccharide content of the beverage is adjusted to 1,500 ppm or greater.
