Abstract:
A beverage supply system (1) is provided with: a beverage accommodation container (20); a gas supply source (10); a beverage dispenser (30) that supplies beverage transferred from the beverage accommodation container to an outside; a gas supply path (60) that connects the gas supply source and the beverage accommodation container to each other; a beverage transfer path (70) that connects the beverage accommodation container and the beverage dispenser to each other; a capacitance type sensor (43) that detects a state inside the beverage transfer path without contacting the beverage inside the beverage transfer path; an alert device (44) that outputs an alert; and a control device (80) to which the output of the capacitance type sensor is input and that controls the alert device. The control device causes the alert device to output the alert when the state inside the beverage transfer path detected by the capacitance type sensor is changed from a beverage detection state in which the beverage exists inside the beverage transfer path to a beverage non-detection state in which the beverage does not exist inside the beverage transfer path.
