Abstract:
A bias voltage adjusting method and apparatus, and a light module. A controller (13) controls a bias circuit (12) to provide a bias voltage for an APD (11;22); when a light signal reaches the APD (11;22), the APD (11;22) generates a light current using the light signal under the action of the bias voltage; the controller (13) obtains the current value of the light current, and controls, according to the current value, the bias circuit to dynamically adjust the bias voltage. During the process, the magnitude of the light current is affected by the light power of the light signal, the magnitude of the bias voltage, etc., and therefore, by dynamically controlling the magnitude of the bias voltage, a bias voltage adjusting apparatus (200;300) can ensure real-time control of the bias voltage of the APD (11; 22), thereby preventing the APD (11; 22) from being damaged due to generation of an excessive light current.
