Abstract:
[Problem] To provide a biaxially oriented polyester film that has excellent adhesiveness to a metal layer, etc., and that has exceptional deep-drawing moldability with respect to an isotropic shape such as a square shape. [Solution] A biaxially oriented polyester film that has at least a substrate layer having polyester as a main component, and an adhesive layer, the biaxially oriented polyester film satisfying conditions (1) to (3). (1) The difference between the adhesive layer and the substrate layer in terms of the reversible heat capacity difference (Cp) near the glass transition temperature is 0.10-0.45 (inclusive). (2) The molecular orientation ratio measured using a molecular orientation meter is 1.0-1.2 (inclusive). (3) The longitudinal-direction and width-direction stress at 10% elongation (F10) is 90-160 MPa (inclusive).
