Abstract:
The present invention relates to a bidirectional-direct current power cutoff control device of arc accident leakage current detection type, comprising: a bidirectional switch unit provided between a direct current power source and a load terminal so as to supply or cut off power in two directions; an arc accident leakage current detection unit in which both a positive power supply line and a negative power supply line of the direct current power source are inserted so as to penetrate therethrough, and thus an arc accident leakage current is detected; a control unit for performing control so that the bidirectional switch unit is turned off, if it is determined that the arc accident leakage current detected by the arc accident leakage current detection unit is greater than a set cutoff reference; and a surge observer connected in parallel to the load terminal so as to absorb surge voltage. The arc accident leakage current detecting device for controlling cutoff of bidirectional direct current power provides the advantage of improving stability by blocking a current supply path when an arc accident leakage current of a level higher than or equal to a specified level is detected, while supporting bidirectional current supply.
