Abstract:
In order to improve operation efficiency of a deposit process in a bill depositing device, this bill deposit device for storing a deposited bill in a storage inside a safe is configured by: an identification unit that counts the deposited bills; a collection unit that has a movable stage and collects the bills counted by the identification unit in standing states on the stage; a bundle carry unit that carries a bundle of the bills in the amount of the bundle that is stored and collected by the collection unit to the storage while the bills are in a standing state; and a control unit for controlling the operations of the stage and the bundle carry unit so as to store a bundle of the bills collected on the stage in a storage when the amount of bills collected by the collection unit reaches the stored amount of the bundle.
