Abstract:
This binder composition for a non-aqueous secondary battery is characterized by including a particulate polymer that comprises a polymer that has a block region that comprises an aromatic vinyl monomer unit, water-soluble macromolecules, and water, the surface acidity of the particulate polymer being at least 0.02 mmol/g, and, per 100 parts by mass of the particulate polymer, there being 0.01–1.50 parts by mass of water-soluble macromolecule components that have a molecular weight of at least 1,000 but less than 15,000.
