Claims:
CLAIMS

1. Biocompatible workwear (100) made of pure organic cotton fabric, grown without pesticides, comprising a label and a yarn totally eco-friendlies, characterized in that said biocompatible workwear

(100) consists of at least one of the workwear comprised between:

- a reversible double-breasted jacket (101) equipped with a plurality of front buttons (104a); - an apron (102), formed by a front portion and a belt .

2. Biocompatible workwear (100) according to claim 1 characterized in comprising a clutch bag (103), able to store the jacket (101) and / or the apron (102) inside it.

Biocompatible workwear (100) according to claim 1 characterized in that said workwear (100) consist in at least a double-breasted jacket (101)equipped with a plurality of front buttons (104a), said plurality of buttons (104a) being made of a biological material produced from sugar beet and covered with pure organic cotton fabric.

Biocompatible workwear (100) according to claim 3 characterized in that said jacket (101) comprises a front portion, a back portion, a right sleeve and a left sleeve, and a leaf accessory (104b) fixed on the cuff of the left sleeve, said leaf accessory (104b) being made of a bio material derivative of sugar beet.

5. Biocompatible workwear (100) according to claim 2 characterized in that said jacket (101), the apron (102) and the clutch bag (103) are sewn with a biocompatible sewing thread. 6. Biocompatible workwear (100) according to claim 2 characterized in that the jacket (101), the apron (102) and the clutch bag (103) comprise a label, a size label, made in biocompatible fabric, and in that the jacket (101), the apron (102) and the clutch bag (103) are made with a biocompatible composition fabric.

7.Kit (200) of biocompatible workwears (100) according to one of preceding claims,made of pure organic cotton fabric, grown without pesticides, comprising a label and a yarn totally eco-friendlies, said kit

(200) comprising : a reversible double-breasted jacket (101) equipped with a plurality of front buttons (104a); - an apron (102), formed by a front portion and a belt ;

- a clutch bag (103), able to store the jacket (101) and / or the apron (102) inside it so as not to contaminate them and keep its value intact.

8.Kit (200) according to claim 7 characterized in that said clutch bag (103) consists of a base portion (103a) made of organic cotton, two side portions (103b) opposite each other and foldable on the base portion (103a), and a pair of closure ties (103c), placed on opposite sides of the base portion (103a).

DESCRIPTION

"Biocompatible workwear and kit of biocompatible workwear" k k k The present invention relates to a biocompatible workwear.

Moreover, the present invention relates to a kit of biocompatible workwear.

In particular, the present invention relates to a biocompatible workwear, of the type used by catering staff, and in particular is related to chef uniforms sector.

As is known, workwear items are typically made of fabrics and materials that must withstand numerous washes, be breathable and allow sufficient wearing comfort. Also, are known workwear made of not totally natural materials, that therefore imply poor breathability for the wearer and a non-negligible environmental impact. Recent ecological trends, also in the fashion, have led to the search for new environmentally friendly solutions. However, the currently known workwear and in particular the currently known workwear items, even when they are made of natural fabrics, comprise parts in non-natural and non-biodegradable material and are therefore scarcely eco-sustainable. In particular, currently known items of clothing typically comprise parts in plastic or acrylic fabrics, such as buttons and labels applied thereto.

The purpose of the present invention is to provide a biocompatible workwear that guarantees total respect for nature, that is totally biodegradable and is at the same time comfortable and practical in use as a work uniform, particularly in the catering sector. A further purpose of the present invention is to provide a kit of biocompatible workwear items that respect the environment, both in the production phase and in use and disposal.

According to the present invention, a biocompatible workwear is provided, as defined in claim 1.

According to the present invention, a kit of biocompatible workwear items is provided, as defined in claim 7.

For a better understanding of the present invention, a preferred embodiment is now described, purely by way of non-limiting example, with reference to the attached drawings, in which: - Figure 1 shows a schematic view of a biocompatible workwear, according to the invention;

Figure 2 shows a schematic view of a kit of biocompatible workwear, according to the invention. With reference to these figures, and in particular to figure 1, a biocompatible workwear is shown, according to the invention. More specifically, the biocompatible workwear 100 is made of pure cotton fabric (also said eco- cotton). In particular, the biocompatible workwear 100 according to the present invention is made of organic cotton, grown without pesticides. All the materials of which the biocompatible workwear 100 is made, are environmentally friendly. In particular, according to an aspect of the invention, the fabric, buttons, label, composition and yarn of the biocompatible workwear 100 are environmentally friendly. The fabric is 100% organic cotton, coming from organic crops, which do not involve the use of pesticides, insecticides, chemical fertilizers and GMO seeds. In addition, the internal part of buttons and accessories, like the leaf, are certified according to GOTS (Global Organic Textil Standard) which certifies the actual production of the fabric yarn with organic cotton.

According to an aspect of the invention, the biocompatible workwear 100 is a product that is traceable form the beginning to the end of the supply chain.

According to an aspect of the invention, the biocompatible workwear 100, is made with a biocompatible sewing thread. As shown in figure 1, according to an aspect of the invention, the biocompatible workwear 100 comprises at least one of the elements comprised between : a reversible double-breasted jacket 101 equipped with a plurality of front buttons 104a, shown in figure la;

- an apron 102, formed by a front portion and a belt , shown in figure lb;

- a clutch bag 103, shown in figure lc, able to store one or more biocompatible workwear (100) inside, in particular to store the jacket 101 and/or the apron 102.

According to an aspect of the invention, the jacket

101, the apron 102 and the clutch bag 103 are sewn with a biocompatible sewing thread.

According to an aspect of the invention, the jacket 101, the apron 102 and the clutch bag 103 comprise a label, a size label, in biocompatible fabric. Also, the jacket

101, the apron 102 and the clutch bag 103 are made with a biocompatible composition fabric.

According to an aspect of the invention, the jacket 101 comprises a front portion, a back portion, a right sleeve and a left sleeve, and a leaf accessory 104b fixed on the cuff of the left sleeve. The leaf accessory 104b is made of the same material as the buttons 104a, or in Bio material produced from sugar beet currently used in the biomedical sector, in particular Vincotte.

According to an aspect of the invention, the plurality of buttons 104a is made of Bio material produced from sugar beet currently used in the biomedical sector, in particular Vincotte, and covered with the same fabric as the jacket 101.

The use of Vincotte material, derived from sugar beet, in the workwear sector is innovative and not obvious, as it allows for biocompatibility as well as the resistance to washing required in the workwear sector.

As shown in figure 2, according to an aspect of the invention, the kit 200 of biocompatible workwear comprises a plurality of biocompatible workwear 100, and in particular a jacket 101, an apron 102, a clutch bag 103.

The clutch bag 103 is suitable for storing the jacket and the apron inside, so as not to contaminate them and keep their value intact.

According to an aspect of the invention, the clutch bag 103 consists of a base portion 103a made of organic cotton, two side portions 103b opposite each other and foldable on the base portion 103a, and a pair of closure ties 103c, placed on opposite sides of the base portion 103a. Advantageously the clutch bag 103 is totally made of biological cotton

Advantageously, the clutch bag 103 according to the invention allows to store and transport the jacket 101 and/or the apron 102 in a practical, hygienic and environmentally friendly way.

Advantageously, the biocompatible workwear according to the invention guarantees total respect for nature, as it is totally biodegradable and at the same time is comfortable and practical in use as a work uniform, in particular when used as catering workwear.

Furthermore, the biocompatible workwear kit according to the invention respects the environment, both in the production phase and in e use and disposal of workwear. Finally, it is clear that the biocompatible workwear

100, and the kit of biocompatible workwear, here described and illustrated can be subject to modifications and variations without thereby abandoning the scope of the present invention, as defined in the attached claims.
