Abstract:
Provided are a biological polymer analysis device, whereby transportation is well controlled by a monomer unit, an analyzer using the device and an analysis method. The biological polymer analysis device according to the present disclosure comprises: a thin film having nanopores; first and second liquid tanks housing an electrolyte solution, said liquid tanks being disposed so as to sandwich the thin film therebetween; and an external field application unit that applies an external field between the first and second liquid tanks. This biological polymer analysis device is characterized in that: a biological polymer, an enzyme binding to the biological polymer and an NTP analog serving as a substrate of the enzyme are introduced into the first liquid tank; when the external field is applied, the biological polymer is introduced into the nanopores and thus the enzyme incorporates the NTP analog thereinto; and the biological polymer is consequently transported within the nanopores.
