Abstract:
The purpose of this disclosure is to propose a device that makes it possible to acquire an area under analysis and color information without the accuracy of the extraction of the area under analysis being reduced by erroneous extraction of the color of a colored label, measure the amount of liquid of a sample, and determine the category of the sample. A biological sample analysis device according to this disclosure extracts partial areas from a color image of a biological sample tube, creates a flattened view by connecting the partial areas along the circumferential direction of the biological sample tube, and extracts an area for detection from the flattened view (see FIG. 6B).
