Abstract:
The present invention relates to a snack product, particularly biscuit comprising a bottom part (10) and an upper part (20) disposed at the top of the bottom part (20), made of baked biscuit dough characterized by comprising a filling chamber (14) provided at the lower part (14), an edible lipid blocking layer (11 ) at least partially coating the inner part of the filling chamber (14) and a lipid based filler (30) loaded into the filling chamber (14) over the lipid blocking layer (11 ) and by upper part (20) is aligned over the lower part (10) such that covering the filling chamber (14).
