Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2018/092737
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide a blended and interlaced nylon yarn which, when made into a woven article, exhibits an excellent spun-like texture, is lightweight, has sufficient stiffness, and in addition, has suitable stretch performance and is capable of imparting extraordinarily excellent water repellency. The blended and interlaced yarn is made from a nylon fiber A exhibiting a single fiber fineness of 0.55-2.0 dtex, and a nylon fiber B exhibiting a single fiber fineness of 0.3-1.0 dtex. The nylon fiber B is a crimped yarn and is thinner than is the nylon fiber A, and the difference in the single fiber fineness of the nylon fiber A and the nylon fiber B is 0.25-1.0 dtex. The blended and interlaced nylon yarn has a total fiber fineness of 50-100 dtex, and the crimping rate thereof is 15-30%.
