Abstract:
Provided are a blood group antigen chip and use thereof in the detection of an erythrocyte unexpected antibody. The detection comprises (1) coating an erythrocyte membrane antigen of a blood group onto a support; (2) contacting a sample to be detected with the antigen coated onto the support; (3) adding a secondary antibody labeled with a marker; and (4) performing a signal detection for the marker. The blood group antigen chip and the erythrocyte unexpected antibody detection method have high sensitivity and good accuracy, are independent of erythrocytes, and can detect binding antibodies of many rare blood group antigens.
