Abstract:
A blood waste treatment system for slaughtered animals according to the present invention comprises: blood storage tank (3) for collecting and storing blood waste of animals slaughtered in a slaughterhouse; blood waste treatment tank (11) for separating blood waste of animals into an amino acid solution and sludge, wherein the blood waste is supplied from blood storage tank (3) and stored, and a liquid microbial blood treatment agent is injected to react microbes therein at a temperature of 25-35 ℃ for 8-12 hours; blood treatment agent supply device (12) for supplying liquid microbial blood treatment agent to blood waste treatment tank (11); water supply device (13) for supplying water to blood waste treatment tank (11); filter unit (120) for removing impurities by filtering amino acid solution discharged from blood waste treatment tank (11); heater (113) for maintaining temperature inside blood waste treatment tank (11) at 25-35℃; and temperature sensor (111) for sensing temperature inside blood waste treatment tank (11). The present invention enables decomposition of blood waste using microbes and production of high quality and environmentally friendly amino acids. Therefore, resources can be recycled and environmental contamination can be prevented.
