Abstract:
The present invention makes it possible to provide a blower with reduced noise by increasing the length of an air channel in the housing while making the product compact. Provided is a blower having a cylindrical housing 2 that has a long direction, a motor 10 that is accommodated in the housing, and a fan 15 that is rotated by the motor and that generates an airflow, wherein an intake port 20 is provided near the front end of a handle 4 and the interior of the handle 4 is used as an air intake channel. Air taken in from the intake port 20 flows as indicated by arrows C2, F2, turns at a rear end connection 4c in the handle 4, flows as indicated by arrow F1, which is the opposite direction of arrow F2, and reaches the fan 15. The air that passes through the fan 15 is discharged toward the front from a discharge port 6.
