The present invention relates to a blue light-blocking contact lens and a manufacturing method therefor, the manufacturing method comprising: a first step for manufacturing blue light-blocking ink; a second step for printing a lower mold or an upper mold by attaching the blue light-blocking ink to a portion of the lower or upper mold corresponding to the position of the pupil; a third step (S30) for inputting a stirred lens raw material into the lower mold; a fourth step for selectively using one among a method for pressing the upper mold and the lower mold and polymerizing in 60 to 140°C heat for 60 to 90 minutes and a method for polymerizing for 10 to 30 minutes using infrared (IR) and ultraviolet (UV) wavelengths; and a fifth step for separating the upper and lower molds to obtain a contact lens, then hydrating the obtained contact lens in physiological saline containing 0.9% of sodium chloride for 7 to 25 hours, and then storing the hydrated contact lens in a contact lens storage solution. The present invention prevents the deterioration of eyesight by blocking the blue light wavelength range of 380 to 500 nm, and minimizes factors that can cause eye strain, headaches, and macular degeneration, and thus can prevent the risk damage to the retina or eye lens.
