A board having a transferred patterned decorative layer, and a preparation method therefor. The board comprises a core material layer used for forming a floor main body and providing board supporting strength, wherein the core material layer is provided with at least one face to be decorated; a decorative layer is formed on said face by means of transfer; a pre-glued layer is provided between the decorative layer and said face; a prefabricated wear-resistant layer is formed on the decorative layer by means of attachment and covering; and an adhesive layer is provided between the prefabricated wear-resistant layer and the decorative layer. The prefabricated wear-resistant layer is used in the board. Comparing the prefabricated wear-resistant layer with a protective wear-resistant layer formed by means of post-co-extrusion, the requirements of board production for an apparatus and a site are reduced, and the defect whereby the consistency of the thickness of the protective wear-resistant layer is difficult to control when the post-co-extrusion means is used is overcome; and the pre-glued layer is provided in cooperation with the adhesive layer, thereby guaranteeing that the peel strength of the prefabricated wear-resistant layer is at least 3 MPa.
