Abstract:
A body motion sensor according to the present invention is provided with: one or more sensors which are disposed in a case wearable in a state of coming into contact with a human body and which are capable of sensing a physical status; and a control unit which is capable of controlling information transmission to an external device on the basis of detection signals of the sensors. At least an optical sensor is included as the sensors. The control unit determines, from a detection signal of the optical sensor, a contact state of the case with respect to the body of a wearer, and, depending on the determination result, then determines the content of information to be transmitted to the external device on the basis of the detection signal of the sensor.
