The present application discloses a body scan image processing method, an apparatus, and a computer readable storage medium. The method comprises: acquiring a body scan image, performing segmentation to obtain a current body segmentation image; determining whether a sharpness level thereof satisfies a first pre-determined condition; if so, performing no further segmentation, and optimizing the sharpness level thereof; if not, determining whether a size thereof satisfies a second pre-determined condition; if so, performing further segmentation to obtain body segmentation images at a next level, and returning to the step of determining whether the sharpness level thereof satisfies the first pre-determined condition; if not, optimizing the sharpness level of all body segmentation images obtained from segmentation at the last level; and generating a final body scan image according to all of the sharpness-optimized body segmentation images. The present application enables, by means of the above implementation technique, optimization processing of different blurry image regions in a body scan image.
