Abstract:
A bolt or nut looseness monitoring device and system, wherein the number of bolts or nuts is at least two, all the bolts or nuts are used for being fastened on a base (25), and the looseness monitoring device comprises an optical fiber deformation sensor (1), wherein the optical fiber deformation sensor (1) is provided with a deformation sensing section (12), and the deformation sensing section (12) of the optical fiber deformation sensor (1) is arranged between the two bolts or nuts, such that the deformation sensing section (12) deforms when any one of the two bolts or nuts rotates. The bolt or nut looseness monitoring device and system can timely discover looseness and breakage conditions of adjacent fixing bolts or nuts so as to facilitate timely maintenance, while the number of sensors is reduced, and the measurement accuracy is improved.
