Abstract:
Provided is a boost circuit mounted on, for example, an in-vehicle electronic control device, having a comparatively simple circuit configuration, having a boost MOSFET, the slew rate of which can be speeded up, and having a low switching loss. The boost circuit is characterized by being provided with: an inductor; a first switching element for supplying current to the inductor; a control IC for controlling the switching operation of the first switching element; a detection circuit for detecting the ON/OFF state of the first switching element; a second switching element, the switching operation of which is controlled by the detection circuit; a first path through which main current for switching the ON/OFF state of the first switching element flows between the first switching element and the control IC; and a second path through which sub-current flows between the first switching element and the second switching element.
