Abstract:
A borneol-based polymer, preparation method therefor, and application thereof, belonging to the technical field of polymer chemistry. The polymer has dextrorotated borneol and diethylene glycol monovinyl ether as ingredients, and p-toluenesulfonic acid as a catalyst; substitution and an etherification reaction are performed, and a borneol-based polymer having a uniquely advantageous antibacterial effect is obtained. ε-caprolactone is further added with same as ingredients, polymerization is performed by means of stannous octoate catalysis, and a borneol-based polymer having acid degradation characteristics is obtained, and which can be used to prepare an anti-tumor drug. The materials used in the present invention are simple and easy to obtain, the reaction conditions are mild, and the operations required are straightforward, such that said invention possesses broad application prospects.
