Abstract:
Provided is a bottom garment that does not inhibit movement while in motion, improves walking ability, and supports upper body stability during exercise. The bottom garment according to the present invention has: a body section (100); a first tightening part (1) covering a portion or the entirety from the lumber back center to the ilium bone; a second tightening part (2) covering a portion or the entirety from the gluteus medius muscle and passing through the gluteus maximus muscle, the femoral biceps, and the iliotibial band up to an area near the knee cap. This bottom garment is for seniors and/or to support walking and has a relationship in which the stress at 20% elongation of the body part (100) in the height direction＜the stress at 20% elongation of the second tightening part (2) in the height direction, and the stress at 20% elongation of the body part (100) in the height direction＜the stress at 20% elongation of the first tightening part (1) in the circumferential direction.
