Abstract:
The present invention relates to a bow-tie nano-antenna array structure. The present invention comprises: a metallic reflective substrate having a predetermined area and having a plurality of unit patches formed thereon; a dielectric spacer on the metallic reflective substrate; and a nano-antenna element having a bow-tie shape on the upper surface of the dielectric spacer. In addition, according to the present invention, the metallic reflective substrate, the dielectric spacer, and the nano-antenna element are each formed to have a specific size. In addition, 8 × 8 unit patches each having sizes of a width (W) of 60 nm and a periodicity (D) of 125 nm are formed, and coupled to the responsive impedance surface (RIS) to simultaneously provide a maximum electric field enhancement factor of 228 and an absorption rate of 98 % at 230 THz.
