Title:
BRACING ARRANGEMENT FOR A DRIVE TRAIN OF A MOTOR VEHICLE
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2017/045679
Kind Code:
A3
Abstract:
The invention relates to a bracing arrangement for a drive train of a motor vehicle, said arrangement having an axial plug-in connection between a first sub-assembly on the motor side and a second sub-assembly on the transmission side; wherein the plug-in connection is formed by a profiled portion on the first sub-assembly and a counter-profiled portion on the second sub-assembly and at least one sub-assembly comprises at least one bracing plate and a flange element, which together form the profiled portion or the counter-profiled portion. The flange element is an output flange of a torsional vibration damper or an input flange of a coupling device. Prior to the formation of the plug-in connection, the bracing plate and the flange element can be braced in the circumferential direction in opposite directions relative to one another and can be fixed against the bracing force acting on them in a first position with an angled offset relative to one another in the circumferential direction, by means of at least one retaining element, wherein the retaining element, during or after the combining process and as a result of the formation of the plug-in connection, can be forcibly pushed, at least partially, from a first location into a second location, in which the bracing of the bracing plate and flange element is released, thus producing an at least partial circumferential bracing action on the plug-in connection, the at least one retaining element being secured as a separate component on the flange element.
