A bradyrhizobium monooxygenase, a gene for encoding the monooxygenase, a recombinant expression vector comprising the gene, a recombinant expression transformant, a method for preparing the monooxygenase by using the recombinant expression transformant, an application of the monooxygenase in preparation of optically pure chiral sulfoxide, and in particular, a method for preparing a prazole drug by catalyzing asymmetric oxidation of sulfur ether, a prazole precursor.
