Abstract:
Disclosed are a braided tube forming device used for assisting in manufacturing of braided tubes, and a use method. In at least one embodiment, the device provides at least one elongated mandrel, and at least one elongated radially contractive primary tube; and the size and structure of the primary tube are set such that the at least one elongated mandrel is removably received in the primary tube. Each of the at least one primary tube provides a plurality of spaced primary tube parts that are arranged circumferentially and configured to cooperate to define the primary tube. During use, after the braided tube is circumferentially formed on the outer surface of the at least one primary tube, the at least one mandrel is removed from the at least one primary tube, thereby allowing the primary tube parts to move radially inward toward each other, such that the braided tube can be disengaged from the at least one primary tube.
