Abstract:

A braking system and an electric drive axle. The braking system comprises a support frame (10), a camshaft (40), an adjustment arm (20), and a braking air chamber (30); the support frame (10) is provided with an inner end face (101), an outer end face opposite the inner end face (101), and a side face (102) located at the periphery of the support frame (10), an avoidance groove (13) is provided on the support frame (10), the avoidance groove (13) forms a first opening (131) on the inner end face (101) and forms a second opening (132) on the side face (102); the camshaft (40) is pivotally connected on the support frame (10); the adjustment arm (20) is located at an inner side of the inner end face (101) of the support frame (10), and comprises a first end (21) connected to the camshaft (40), and a second end (22) away from the first end (21), portions on the adjustment arm (20) located at the first end (21) and the second end (22) are placed within the avoidance groove (13) and the second end (22) is located between the inner end face (101) and the outer end face of the support frame (10); the braking air chamber (30) is mounted on the support frame (10), and a push rod (31) of the braking air chamber (30) is connected to the second end (22) of the adjustment arm (20).
