Abstract:
A brazed diamond abrasive tool suitable for casting trim polishing, comprising a polishing disc outer end (1), a polishing disc inclined surface (2), a polishing disc plane top end (3), a polishing disc (4), a positioning hole (5), and diamond polymetallic abrasives (6). The diamond polymetallic abrasives (6) at the edge of the polishing disc outer end (1) are orderly and densely arranged. The diamond polymetallic abrasives (6) on the polishing disc inclined surface (2) are single and are orderly distributed at equal intervals along the radial direction of the polishing disc. The diamond polymetallic abrasives (6) on the surface of the polishing disc plane top end (3) are tufted abrasives and are arranged in the shape of vortex. The bottom of the polishing disc is of a concave surface structure. The abrasive tool has characteristics of high polishing efficiency, light touch, low vibration, being odorless, long service life, good appearance, etc., and abrasives of different grades are selected according to actual conditions to perfectly replace the conventional resin grinding wheel piece.
