Abstract:
The present invention addresses the problem of providing a brushless motor wherein the circularity of an insulator mounted to a stator core can be ensured, the circumferential direction locations and the axial direction heights of a stator magnetic pole of the stator core and a Hall element of a circuit board can be accurately positioned, and an electrical insulation property of wiring can be ensured. As a solution to this problem, a board spacer (13) that performs at least circumferential direction positioning of an insulator (7) and a circuit board (10) is installed between the insulator (7) and the circuit board (10), and thus at least circumferential direction positioning of a stator magnetic pole (6d) with regard to the board spacer (13) is performed between the insulator (7) and the board spacer (13), and at least circumferential direction positioning of a Hall IC (11) with regard to the board spacer (13) is performed between the circuit board (10) and the board spacer (13).
