Abstract:
The present invention relates to a building exterior panel and an assembly structure thereof. A building exterior panel according to an example of the present invention comprises: a front steel plate; a rear steel plate; an upper frame; a first side frame comprising a first side extension portion; a second side frame comprising a second side extension portion; and a lower frame having a lower recess portion that is recessed in the upward direction. In addition, the building exterior panel comprises at least one of a first watertight pad covering a first edge region adjacent to a first side surface on the upper frame, or a second watertight pad covering a second edge area adjacent to a second side surface while being spaced apart from the first watertight pad in the horizontal direction. Moreover, an assembly structure of a building exterior panel according to an example of the present invention comprises: first, second, and third building exterior panels formed in a structure as above; and a metal base having one side fixed to an outer wall and the other side coupled to the first and second building exterior panels, thereby supporting multiple building exterior panels. The second side surface of the first building exterior panel and the first side surface of the second building exterior panel may be coupled to face each other. The second side extension portion of the first building exterior panel and the first side extension portion of the second building exterior panel may be coupled to face each other.
