Abstract:
This building facility control device is applied to a building having an elevator device and an anti-theft zone, and links the control of: an elevator control device that causes an elevator car to arrive at a destination floor input by a user; and an anti-theft control device that has authority information in which the ID of the user, a permission zone serving as the anti-theft zone for which the user has authority to cancel a security state, and a permission floor of the permission zone are associated, and sets and cancels the security state of the anti-theft zone. The building facility control device is provided with: an ID input unit that is provided in the elevator car and used by the user to input the ID; an ID acquisition unit that acquires the ID input into the ID input unit; an elevator information acquisition unit that acquires the destination floor that was input into the elevator control device; and an anti-theft signal output unit that sends, to the anti-theft control device, a signal that cancels the security state of the permission zone associated with the ID at the destination floor in the authority information.
