Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide a method for manufacturing a bulk multi-emitter solar cell with improved power generation efficiency by forming an emitter layer in both a surface and a bulk region to utilize a wide frequency range and increase the p-n junction area. Provided is the bulk multi-emitter solar cell and the manufacturing method thereof, characterized in that the bulk multi-emitter solar cell comprises: an N or P type wafer; and an emitter formed by partially doping a first dopant of a type opposite to that of the wafer on one surface of the wafer; wherein the emitter comprises a connection emitter extending in a depth direction from one surface of the wafer; and a bulk emitter extending in the width direction of the wafer from an end of the connection emitter.
