Abstract:
The present application relates to the technical field of work equipment, and in particular to a bulldozer shovel overload protection structure and method. The structure comprises a bulldozer shovel, a hydraulic driving mechanism, a controller and a sensor. The bulldozer shovel transmits, to the hydraulic driving mechanism, an acting force affecting an internal hydraulic value of the hydraulic driving mechanism by means of mutual linkage with the hydraulic driving mechanism; the controller monitors an internal hydraulic value of the hydraulic driving mechanism by means of the sensor and triggers, according to the internal hydraulic value of the hydraulic driving mechanism, the hydraulic driving mechanism to drive the bulldozer shovel to move so as to avoid a hard object. According to the bulldozer shovel overload protection structure and method, a value change of the pressure borne by a front end of the bulldozer shovel can be monitored in real time, and an avoiding action is made in time when a hard object is encountered, such that the bulldozer shovel is protected from being damaged.
