Abstract:
The present invention improves the durability of a device for detecting a foreign object. This cab for a work machine comprises: a cab body having a boarding opening (39) formed therein; a door (61) rotatably supported on the cab body to open and close the boarding opening; an actuator (91) that generates a driving force for opening and closing the door (61); a rod (220) attached to the door (61) and capable of moving relative to the door (61); and a sensor (260) attached to the door (61), separately from the rod (220). The sensor (260) detects the movement of the rod (220) relative to the sensor (260), and thereby detects the movement of the rod (220) relative to the door (61).
