Abstract:
A cable backboard system (100) and a communication device (200), the cable backboard system (100) comprising: a framework (1) and a cable unit (2); the cable unit (2) comprises: a first connector array fixed to the framework (1), first connectors (22) in the first connector array being used for connecting to first cards (101), wherein first connectors (22) in the same row are connected to the same first card (101); a second connector array fixed to the framework, second connectors (23) in the second connector array being used for connecting to second cards (102), wherein second connectors (23) in the same column are connected to the same second card (102); and a communication cable (21), connecting the first connector array and the second connector array. The cable backboard system replaces the conventional backboard in existing technology to meet the demand for increasing traffic and reduces the size of the system backboard while ensuring expansion capability of first cards (101).
