Abstract:
A cable-free connection structure and a vehicle-mounted charger having same. The cable-free connection structure comprises a housing (1), a circuit board (2) and an external socket (3). One side of the housing (1) is open outward; the circuit board (2) is mounted at the opening, and an electronic component on the circuit board (2) is located in the inner cavity of the housing (1); the external socket (3) passes through and is fixed to a side wall of the housing (1); a plug part (3a) of the external socket (3) faces the outside of the housing (1); soldering pins (3b) of the external socket (3) are located in the inner cavity of the housing (1), penetrate through the circuit board (2) from the inside to the outside, and are soldered to the circuit board (2). Compared with the prior art, the number of connection elements is reduced, connection reliability is improved, costs and hidden troubles are reduced, automation production efficiency is improved, and the structure can be widely applied to vehicle-mounted chargers OBC, voltage converters DCDC and related integrated products.
