A cable-type static-pressure setting tool comprises an annular pressure introduction module (2), an oil-source oil-return module (3), and an execution module (4). The cable-type static-pressure setting tool is characterized by further comprising a pressurization module (5). The annular pressure introduction module, the oil-source oil-return module, the pressurization module and the execution module are sequentially disposed from the front to the rear. The pressurization module consists of a high-pressure piston oil control pipeline (18), a low-pressure piston oil control pipeline (19), an oil supply pipeline (6), an oil return pipeline (7), a hydraulic operated directional valve (8), a low-pressure piston (9), a high-pressure piston (10), and a one-way valve assembly (11). The hydraulic operated directional valve, the low-pressure piston, the high-pressure piston and the one-way valve assembly are sequentially disposed in a housing corresponding to the pressurization module. The high-pressure piston oil control pipeline, the low-pressure piston oil control pipeline, the oil supply pipeline, and the oil return pipeline are separately disposed in a corresponding housing (1).
