Abstract:
Disclosed is a calculating method for maximum decoration weight of a lift car. The critical values of the dead weight of the lift car are calculated respectively from three aspects, namely the safety coefficient of a traction steel wire rope, the allowable radial load of a main shaft of a tractor and the allowable torque of a main machine or the allowable brake torque of a brake; the minimum value of the critical values of the dead weight of the lift car calculated from the three aspects is selected as the allowable maximum dead weight of the lift car; the maximum decoration weight of the lift car is calculated from a difference between the allowable maximum dead weight of the lift car and the actual dead weight of the lift car. By means of the calculating of the allowable maximum decoration weight of the lift car, the calculating method assures that the implementation of the decoration weight can be carried out to the maximum extent while normal operation of a lift is guaranteed, thus ensuring safety service lives of main components of the lift, and improving the maximum publicity effect and benefit of a business enterprise.
