A calculation control method, a network card (502), and an electronic device. The method comprises: receiving a target data block sent by a CPU (101); and calculating the target data block to obtain a calculation result data block (102). By assigning a data calculation task to a device different from a CPU, calculation resources of the CPU will not be occupied, such that data input and output delay is reduced.
