Abstract:
Advertisements for products and services of companies and stores do not easily reach consumers and target audience. Advertisements that do reach these people are lost or discarded instead of being kept for long, and are hardly retained in memory. The conventional four mass communication media are not cost-effective, while Internet media do not easily attract attention. There has been a demand for an advertisement technique for publicizing individual advertisement items both via a print medium and an Internet medium in association with each other and having consumers and target audience take action relative to the advertisement items. Calendar dates are included in an advertisement medium, advertisements and a calendar are printed and published on both sides of respective paper sheets, and a joint advertisement layout format for advertisement sections including a page number or a calendar date is provided so that the medium can sell advertisement spaces in an empty part on the back side of each of the calendar sheets and advertisements can be laid out in the spaces. A new advertisement tool is provided so that a catalog calendar (registered trademark), which is an information medium for keeping good relationships with customers, can be produced and published in a bound form. A plate frame number inserted in an advertisement space is converted into an advertisement number and a product/service number, and a calendar date and an advertisement effective period are placed on the front and back sides of a sheet and online in association with each other, so that printed publications, Internet distribution, information management, and business transactions are ensured by the smooth editing technique.
