Abstract:
A camera unit (16) is provided with, e.g., a support (20), a base (21), a visible light lamp (22), a radiation control unit (42), a camera (24), and a communication unit (44). The radiation control unit (42) causes visible light to be radiated from the visible light lamp (22). The communication unit (44) transmits video data representing video captured by the camera (24). The base (21) is screwed into a socket (18) for light bulbs that is provided on the outside of a car (1) of an elevator, thereby allowing the support (20) to be fixed to the socket (18).
