The present invention relates to a can cover comprising: a ring-shaped outer member which has a sliding surface formed at the inner perimeter surface thereof; and an inner member which is rotatably seated in the outer member, has a can insertion part formed at the lower surface thereof to allow a rim protruding upward along the edge of the upper surface of a can to be inserted thereinto, and has multiple fastening protrusions positioned below the can insertion part, guided by the sliding surface during rotation, and spaced apart from each other at intervals, wherein when the inner member is positioned at the upper surface of the can and then the outer member is rotated in one direction, the fastening protrusions move along the sliding surface to come into contact with a stepped part formed at the outside of the rim, so as to induce the rim to be closely placed into the can insertion part. The structure of the can cover described above: can prevent pressure of a carbonic acid gas in the can from causing opening or leaking of the can and thus can perfectly prevent a leakage of a carbonic acid as well as ensuring the water tightness; achieves a compact and concise structure with an efficient and simple design; and allows each component to be separated and thus separately washed, so that the can cover can be cleanly used.
