Abstract:
[Problem] To provide a cap that is excellent in terms of productivity and cost by simplifying a valve body of the cap and the attachment configuration of the valve body. [Solution] This cap 1A attached to a mouth part 5 of a squeeze container 3 comprises: a cap body 11 including a discharge nozzle 37; a lid body 13 connected to the cap body 11 via a hinge; and a valve body 15. The valve body 15 is configured so that a joint portion between a lower surface of a disk-like bottom wall section 61 of the valve body and an opening 65 is seated on an upper surface of a flange 47 of a cylindrical wall section 39, and the valve body 15 is supported on the cylindrical wall section 39 in a vertically slidable manner. Therefore, the valve body is simplified, and the number of parts is reduced, thereby making it possible to achieve excellent productivity and cost reduction.
