Abstract:
[Problem] To provide a small capacitive pressure sensor for robots that can sense pressure applied to a robot hand or a sole of a traveling robot. [Solution] A capacitive pressure sensor includes: a panel electrode E with at least one side being a conductor; a panel electrode S with at least one side being a conductor; at least one dielectric sheet inserted between the panel electrodes E and/or the panel electrode S; and an elastic separator containing air bubbles that is inserted to cover directly or indirectly the panel electrode E or the panel electrode S.
