Abstract:
The present invention provides a captured image determination device capable of efficiently detecting a display abnormality of a part of a captured image. The captured image determination device is provided with: a synchronizing signal extraction unit which extracts a vertical synchronizing signal and a horizontal synchronizing signal that are used to display a captured image of a camera; a time measurement unit which measures an inter-pulse time of the vertical synchronizing signal; a divided region setting unit which divides a frame of the captured image displayed according to the inter-pulse time by a virtual line in a horizontal direction, and sets a plurality of divided regions demarcated by the virtual line; a number-of-pulses measurement unit which measures the number of pulses of the horizontal synchronizing signal, the number of pulses corresponding to each of the divided regions; and a determination unit which determines whether an affirmative condition that the number of pulses measured by the number-of-pulses measurement unit is a predetermined value or more is satisfied or not.
